Okinawa Dream Tour

Day 1

Hotel: Crowne Plaza ANA Okinawa Harborview (L D)

1. Arrived Naha International Airport
2.Shuri Castle (Unesco World Heritage): with architectural influences from both China and Japan, the Castle shows its exceptional cultural and historical values in its unique stonework and architectural design.
3.Heiwa Street: a covered shopping arcade featuring many shops and vendors that sell local wares.
4.Kokusai Street: they sell everything from original Okinawa-made crafts to imported souvenir items, expensive to cheap, local artists and major department stores, and everything in-between.
5.Makishi Market: located on one of the alleyways, which offers unique Okinawa food including fresh sashimi, pigs ears, seaweed, sea grapes and such.
6.Yataimura: a hot new spot for all food lovers, this new attraction features 20 concessions offering a variety of food choices.
Day 2

Hotel: Crowne Plaza ANA Okinawa Harborview (B L D)

1.Busena Marine Park: it is located 170 meters away from the shore near Busena Cape. This underwater observatory tower allows you to view 360 degrees of coral reef with all the colorful coral fish swimming around.
2.Kouri Bridge / Kouri Ocean Tower: is the longest toll free bridge with a span of 1,960 meters in Japan featuring the spectacular ocean views which will dazzle your eyes as you cross the bridge.
3.Nakajin Castle Ruins (Unesco World Heritage): it was the residence of the Ryukyuan Kingdom governor and is currently in ruins. Work began on its construction in the late 13th century and it had reached its final form by the beginning of the 15th century.
4.Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium: under the catch phrase “The Mysteries of Okinawa in Living Color,” Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium opened its doors as one of the world’s largest aquariums in August 2002.
Day 03

1.Mihama American Village: is a large entertainment complex located in central Okinawa Honto. Many American military bases are located in the area, and the entertainment complex’ theme of Americana provides a nostalgic pleasure for residents of the bases as well as an interesting diversion for the locals.
2.Yomitan Village: is known for its Tsuboya pottery, a type of unglazed pottery that became all the rage on the island in the 16th and 17th centuries when three Korean potters were encouraged to plant roots on Okinawa and teach the locals their age-old techniques.
3.Manzamo: a uniquely shaped Ryukyu limestone cliff, former coral reefs that have been eroded by the constant waves, Cape Manzamo affords an outstanding view of the surrounding area.
4.Aeon Rycom Mall: offers extensive shopping, delicious cuisine and exciting entertainment while reflecting the culture, landscape and diversity that is distinctly unique to Okinawa.
Day 04

1.Sefa Utaki (Unesco World Heritage): the site is located on a densely forested hillside along the ocean and features several rock formations, which are connected with each other by walking trails.
2.Okinawa World: is Okinawa Prefecture’s foremost theme park and presents the local history, culture and nature all in one location.
3.Okinawa Peace Memorial Park / Himeyuri Museum: were built in honor of the about 200 victims of schoolgirls mobilized as nurse assistants during the Battle of Okinawa in 1945.
4.Former Japanese Navy Underground Headquarters: was the headquarters of Japanese army which the land of Okinawa the only battle field which civilians were involved, and it is partly presented to the public.
Day 05

Breakfast only

1.Awamori Zuisen Distillery: The distillery was named after Zuisen, the clear spring that wells up near the Zuisenmon of Shurijo Castle. During the times of the Ryukyu dynasty, the villages of Akata, Sakiyama and Torihori were permitted to produce Awamori.
2.Karate Museum: Okinawa is the birthplace of karate. This karate museum is not only for people active in karate, but also for those who have an interest in the martial art.
3.Ashibina Outlet: is Okinawa’s first ever outlet mall, with 70 world brands gathered in one location.
